Skip Intro/Outro, Lockscreen Snipping Widget & Apple Shortcuts

Today we're releasing three new features:
- automatically skipping intros and outros
- a snipping widget for your lockscreen
- an integration with Apple's Shortcuts app
Let's dive in.
Automatically Skip Intros and Outros
This feature does not need much explanation. If you prefer to jump right into the main part of an episode, you can now activate auto-skip for intros and outros.
No need to specify durations or manually adjust settings. Just activate the feature and AI handles the rest.
This works on all AI-processed episodes. Enable it for a specific show by tapping the settings icon, or activate it globally in Settings under "Auto Skipping."

Lockscreen Snipping Widget
You can already create snips hands-free with your headphones or steering wheel. Now there's a third option: a lockscreen widget.
When playing a podcast, a small widget appears on your lockscreen with two buttons: one to create a snip and one to view your snips library. It's activated by default.

Perfect for when your phone is nearby and you're listening through a speaker. Catch an insight, tap once, and keep listening.
Apple Shortcuts Integration
Snipd now integrates with Apple's Shortcuts app, enabling voice commands and custom automations.
Create shortcuts to:
- Create a snip with a voice command
- Play your queue
- Start playing a specific podcast
The Shortcuts app will learn your listening habits and suggest custom commands like "Play Huberman Lab" or "Play The Daily."
Bonus: when you connect your headphones, the iPhone lockscreen player now shows the latest podcasts from your Snipd queue. Resume playback with one tap.
